• the #condor and the #jaguar figures over an inverted #wiphala flag and a snapshot of a courtyard from the old cathedral in #Cuenca, #Ecuador that was constructed in 1567. I find it interesting that so many artists and scholars of my generation find themselves making work that deals with #trauma, pain, public #mourning and methods of copping with these emotional states- it tells us a lot about the times we live in.
